Having 6 surgeries in 4 years.. I’ve been in great shape.. then back to square one.. feeling great.. then another surgery and have to start over. Recommitting yourself to a long road that you know is going to suck is tough. Eating right and working as hard as you can for two weeks and seeing no results is even tougher. The only way I’ve ever gotten results is when I’m 100% committed to the workout and diet for an extended amount of time. It doesn’t happen overnight. You don’t get to reward yourself with a day off after a balls to the wall week. The reward is at the end and it’s so worth it.. I’m lovin this @onepeloton bike and can’t wait to be playing again at a Pro Bowl level next year! #notanad #teammullet #businessday
